CONSULTING SERVICES
Through personalized coaching, supervision, or consultations, I’ll work alongside you to develop a plan to help you achieve your goals and provide the best services to your clients.
clinical cASE CONSULTATIONS
Clinical case consultation is a supportive and interactive relationship between two therapists. The consultant’s purpose is to provide input regarding the therapist’s cases, as well as their professional growth and development.
Consultations can be held as 1-hour meetings or a series of meetings, focusing on the clinical management or the impact on the therapist of a specific case, clinical event, or situation.
Clinical consultations allow the therapist to talk through challenging or complex interactions with clients, work through issues triggered for the therapist (countertransference), and learn and use new techniques to help the therapist and their clients.
Practice Consultations
Are you considering your own private practice?
When people begin thinking about going into private practice as a therapist they usually are not sure where to start or what to focus on first. Consulting with someone who has already done it can help place you on the path to success.
Practice consultations begin with helping you create and define the vision you have for your business. Through co-creating your vision we are then able to create a plan that ensures every single action is directly tied to the greater vision. Practice consultations include: establishing a plan of action, setting priorities, developing a niche, creating multiple streams of referrals, and advanced business knowledge. Including marketing strategies and practice management tools.

Are you an LMSW who wants to obtain your LCSW?
Clinical supervision is a unique experience aimed at building your clinical skills and increasing your knowledge, competence, and confidence while under the guidance of a fellow social worker.
Supervision consists of case consultations, skill building, examining theories and practice models, discussing where the personal and the professional intersect, and preparing for the licensing exam.
It is a collaborative experience and includes building a professional relationship with your supervisor to increase confidence in your own practice skills. You and I will work together throughout your time in supervision to develop and achieve goals for your supervisory sessions. This experience will not only help you achieve the requirements for licensure but also assist in establishing the confidence needed within your skillset to become the social worker you’ve dreamed of being.
